REPORTS

Banner
Includes results corresponding to a selection of several filters for each segmentation criterion. Users can choose between several statistical options and scale values.

Dynamic
Identical to a banner report, but also allows you to create new segmentations or specify one or more time periods.

Trend analysis
  Displays results corresponding to the filter chosen for each segmentation criteria for the 12 most recent time periods available.

Raw feedback (verbatims)
Displays responses to the open questions selected.

Coded comments (verbatims)
Responses to open questions are generally analyzed by the research firm and then grouped into generic comments. This report displays the results of grouped data.
